Job Roles Include:

  • Ticket Scanners: Join our team responsible for ensuring smooth entry for visitors by efficiently scanning tickets and providing assistance as needed. This role offers the opportunity to interact directly with attendees and make a positive impact on their event experience.
  • Customer Service Representatives: Engage with visitors, answer inquiries, and provide assistance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Event Setup and Logistics: Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including booths, stages, and seating arrangements. This hands-on role provides valuable experience in event coordination and logistics management.
  • Sales Assistants: Support vendors and exhibitors with sales transactions, product inquiries, and booth management. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in sales and marketing while interacting with a diverse range of businesses.
  • Crowd Management: Ensure the safety and security of event attendees by managing crowd flow, directing traffic, and enforcing event policies. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
